Our granddaughter was with us and she is very inquisitive, Rob fielded all of her questions without batting an eye or becoming annoyed. The rest of the Oshawa day staff actually engaged our little Emma in conversations and made her fell just as welcome as we did.
Delivery was arranged and I became familiar with Lara who orchestrated the delivery and set up. There were a couple hiccups with the setup and start up, but a panicked call to Nick by my wife and Lara by me resulted in an immediate correction and we were in the tub the night of the delivery day.
